Albyns has designed, consented, engineered and built some of London's most ambitious residential basements: multi-level excavations beneath existing houses and gardens, including a triple-level basement housing a 25-metre swimming pool, spa and gym complex, private cinema and party room beneath an occupied prime London plot, and a Boltons basement with pool, spa, wine cellar, car lift and cinema excavated beneath house and garden.

This is the most technically demanding work in residential construction. Temporary works, underpinning, waterproofing, ground movement monitoring and structural co-ordination must be planned and sequenced precisely - and because our engineers, architects and builders work as one team, they are.
