Albyns delivered a whole-house rebuild here: we completely re-designed a detached house and secured significant planning permissions to extend it, creating a substantial family home with a multi-level basement excavated beneath the existing property and garden. The new lower levels house a swimming pool, spa, catering kitchen, staff suite, bespoke wine cellar, car lift and home cinema, with six to seven bedrooms above, a rear-elevation addition and a top-floor extension. The planning gain turned it into a unique one-off home.
